- Over 630 Newton neighbors and residents have signed the petition.
- Mass Housing sent their site approval letter to Toll on February 1st, 2023.
- We sent a letter and fact sheet to the Mayor, Planning Dept. and all of our City Councilors on March 14, 2023.
- Toll Brothers will now seek a comprehensive permit from Newton’s Zoning Board of Appeals (“ZBA”).
- The application filing is expected the end of March and will begin a 6-month review period.
- We plan to meet with the City Councilors in the next few weeks to engage their support in representing the community’s concerns.
- We continue to reach out to our neighbors to sign the petition.
